The error (someone else is accessing the model) sometimes when syncing together all at once popped up for 5 seconds and went away and all elements updated on all locals seemlessly. The files didnt lock up, we worked on the same sheets and same views even and synced simultaneously and no problems. it has 4x hdds (oldish ones - 32mb buffers) running Raid5. Yesterday we tested a WD NAS (not sure what model but it runs Linux 5.2 and hasnt been updated since 2012) also no ethernet bonding. This Mac server also doesnt have dual ethernet bonding. Often the the new elements don't even update when syncing and worksets that were editable resets to non editable, which is rather dangerous. The server doesnt understand the way Revit worksharing syncs so its qeues the users syncing first and locks the file causing that revit error - (someone else accessing the model) and sometimes even when no one is busy syncing.
